I have always been a photographer. I do lots of other stuff. I’m working on my house - carpentry, plastering, wiring, plumbing, painting. Never ending job. I’ve got more hobbies than time: electronics, reading, rebuilding a couple of old Mercedes-Benz cars, hunting, furniture making and sitting on the front porch. My passion is snowboarding. Not like you see on TV (tricks are for kids), but high-speed carving. It’s like setting your hair on fire, strapping a Ferrari to your feet and getting shot out of a cannon. To me , pushing the envelope of what I do is important. I work constantly to be better. I like people and I want them to like themselves in the portraits that I make of them.
